About the company
A small company, on purpose
Apex Electrical Services is owner operated out of Pinetop-Lakeside, licensed for both residential and commercial work.
Why this company exists
The honest version, in the owner’s words, is this: he wanted to start a company with integrity, to be independent, and to grow something his family could rely on.
That is not a marketing sentence. It is the actual reason, and it shows up in how the work runs. There is no dispatcher and no sales layer. You talk to the person who will be doing the job, you get a firm price before it starts, and if something is not right afterward, the same person comes back.
The company is two years old. The owner spent eight years in the trade before starting it, which is where the judgment comes from. Those are two different numbers and it is worth keeping them straight.

How we work
The order of operations matters more than the parts list.
We test before we quote. A lot of calls turn out to be a different problem than the one that got reported, and quoting before testing is how people end up paying for the wrong repair.
Then you get a firm price. Not a range, not a number that moves once the wall is open, unless we genuinely find something nobody could have seen, in which case we stop and talk to you before spending your money.
The work gets done to current code, labeled, and left clean. Permits and inspections are handled where the job needs them.
Wanted to start a company with integrity and to be independent, and grow a company for my family to rely on.
The owner, on why Apex exists
Who you are calling
The truck you see is the company. There is no dispatch desk between you and the person who does the work, and the number on the side is the one that gets answered.
That is deliberate. It keeps the quote honest, because the person giving it is the person who has to stand behind it on the day.

Questions we get
Are you licensed?
Yes. We hold a C-11 commercial license, number 192532, and an R-11 residential license, number 192533. Both are current and we are insured.
How long have you been doing this?
The company is two years old. The owner has eight years in the trade before that, which is where the experience behind the work comes from.
Do you give a price before you start?
Yes. You get a firm price before any work begins, and the person who quoted it is the person doing the job.
What areas do you cover?
Pinetop-Lakeside and about forty miles out from there, which covers most of Navajo County and the western side of Apache County.
Do you pull permits?
On anything that requires one, yes. Service work, panel changes, and new circuits generally do, and we handle the inspection as part of the job.
